The 8 hr diet

Yes, I’m on a new way of living. Staying ON THE DIET four or five days of the week I don’t eat befor 11 or Noon. Drinking two coffees black and then switching to tea helps to keep me full until noon. Then it’s a big salad, chicken and something sweet. See, with this diet you eat whatever you want for the 8 hrs and then only black coffee, tea or water.  I’ve gone from a 3x ( yeah I can’t believe it myself) to an XL. 

Now on to that L.
